How to get clear on what you want?

Take out a notebook and write down the following questons:
Who am I?
What do I want?
What am I thankful for?
What do I need to improve?

It is important that your answers be positive vs. negative.  You want to focus on what you have, what you can work with instead of getting stuck on what you are not or do not have.   Staying positive might not be easy at first but it can be done.
